If you decide to cancel your purchase within 7 days of making it, we offer a full refund minus any transaction fees. This timeframe allows you to carefully assess your decision and make informed choices for your education.

For cancellations requested after 7 days following your purchase, refunds are generally not provided. We encourage you to consider your options thoughtfully, as this policy ensures the integrity of our commitment to both our students and our educational partners.
✅ **Refund Exceptions**:
1. **Visa Rejection**: In the event that your visa application is rejected, you are eligible for a refund. However, a Sahra FEC consultancy fee of 200 USD and a school registration fee (up to a maximum of 120 USD) will be deducted from your refund.
2. **Medical Issue**: Should you encounter a proven medical issue that prevents you from proceeding with your education, you may qualify for a refund. In this case, both the Sahra FEC consultancy fee of 200 USD and the school registration fee (up to a maximum of 120 USD) will be deducted from your refund. We will require documentation to validate your claim.
